Move for Mind with York Mind


To start the New Year off right, dedicate yourself to 31 minutes of exercise for 31 days, and raise money for York Mind! You can run, walk, swim, cycle, lift weights, or do some yoga. There's no limit to what you can do, and you can do something different each day.

Set yourself up with a fundraising page via Just Giving, and choose the Move for Mind campaign. We'll get in touch and welcome you to the team!
