Storytelling for Spring Half-term: Family Event at Bedern Hall

There are 3 sessions during the day:

11am to 11.30am. 12pm to 12.30pm and 1pm to 1.30pm

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time or come earlier and enjoy our cafe.

Carmels stories are based around themes such as:

Environmentally themed sustainable stories

The Spring of Youth – about not taking too much

Samuel’s coat - about reuse

Jack and the dancing trees – about respecting nature

The Choice bird – respecting nature

Character stories

Flapjackosaurus – about how hungry dinosaurs invented flapjack

Captain Nobeard, the Smoothest Pirate on the Seven Seas

Our cafe will be open for you to buy lunches and coffees and cakes.

We have a special lunch offer for the event - Homemade soup with a choice of sandwich £10 (Child portion £5), and an afternoon offer - Cream tea £5.95 (Child £4.95). Full menu also available.
